Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store installation terminal), bank transfer, and account transfer.

The payment deadline is 10 days for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be withdrawn on the 12th*. However, it may be the 20th* in January or May.

Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). In the case of convenience store payment, the transfer fee is 356 yen (tax included), and in the case of bank transfer, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. In the case of a fund transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

It takes about 3 to 26 days (excluding weekends and holidays) from confirmation of payment to shipment.

・If damage or staining occurs due to customer negligence (including packages and accessories)
・Sale items ・Returns due to customer's convenience (wrong image, wrong size, wrong order, etc.)
・Other items that can be judged to have obvious signs of use (e.g., perfume/cigarette odors, cosmetics, damage to the product, stains, etc.)

・Please note that refunds cannot be made if the product is returned or discarded.

* Also, please understand that we cannot accept returns due to the customer's convenience, such as if the product is different from the image or the size not fitting.

* In the case of initial failure, we will exchange it. We will refund only if the product is out of stock.

*Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may be delayed.
