[About delivery and shipping]
■ Standard delivery
It takes about 10 to 26 days (excluding weekends and holidays) from confirmation of payment to shipment.

Flow from order to delivery🚚
STEP1. Product arrangement (4-6 business days after ordering)
After your order (payment confirmation) is completed, we will place an order with the manufacturer on the next business day → We will inspect the product, carefully wrap and pack it, and prepare for shipment.
STEP2. Ship products from overseas to domestic warehouses (3 to 10 business days after ordering)
From the overseas shipping base, it passes through customs and is airlifted to Japan → After arriving in Japan, it passes through customs again and is transported to a domestic warehouse.
STEP3. Ship from domestic warehouse (4-7 business days after order)
After the product arrives at the warehouse, it is carefully inspected again to make sure there are no problems, packed, and then shipped to the customer through a delivery company.
*Shipping time may vary for each product. Please note that it may take longer than usual.
*If you order multiple items, they will all be shipped together. Please be careful if you purchase same-day shipping products and regular products together.
*Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may be delayed.
*The delivery date is only a guideline. Please note that it may change depending on the logistics situation.
[Regarding the product arrival and departure period]
We have overseas warehouses, and we are preparing to order after receiving an order.
Please note that we may cancel your order after receiving your order if the product is out of stock.

Only in cases where initial defective products or damage can be seen, we will exchange them for new products if you contact us within 3 days after the product arrives.
In addition, we will bear the return shipping fee due to initial defects and damage.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

*The stated size is basically measured when laid flat, and there may be an error of 1 cm to 10 cm .
*Overseas products have looser product standards than Japanese products, and the sewing and making may be rough.
* Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the actual product may look different in color, texture, etc.
[If you do not receive an order completion email]
There is a possibility that there is a mistake in the e-mail address registered at the time of ordering, or it may have entered the spam mail, so please check once.
[Regarding long-term absence and incomplete address]
If the customer is not available, Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport will contact you with an absence notice. Please request redelivery by yourself from the notice of absence.
In addition, products that have passed more than 7 days from the date of shipment will be automatically returned to the overseas warehouse.
*If there is an error in the shipping address, it will be returned as the address is unknown.
* Products that have expired will be discarded, so we cannot accept any correspondence such as re-shipment or refund under any circumstances.
・There are a lot of omissions in the street address, so please check when purchasing.
If cancellations continue due to customer's convenience (long-term absence, incomplete address), we will take measures to limit payment methods.
We ask that you receive the ordered products within the period.

Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store installation terminal), bank transfer and account transfer.
Payment deadline is 10 days for convenience store payment and bank transfer. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be withdrawn on the 12th*. However, it may be the 20th* in January and May.
Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). In the case of convenience store payment, the transfer fee is 356 yen (tax included), and in the case of bank transfer, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. In the case of fund transfer, no payment fee will be charged.
