[Regarding long -term absence and address deficiencies]

 


If you are absent, you will be contacted by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transportation for absence. Please request a redelivery by yourself from the absence notice.

In addition, products that have been over 7 days from the date of shipment are automatically returned to overseas warehouse.
* If there is an error in the delivery address, it will be returned because the address is unknown.
* Products with expired storage deadline will be discarded, so in any case, re -shipment, refund, etc. will not be accepted.

If cancellation continues due to your convenience (long -term absence or inadequate address), we will take measures to limit the payment method.

1) Our products have high inventory fluid, and may be out of stock or poor shipping after ordering. In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock and the shipment is poor, we will contact you by email.
