Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Customers are also responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred. Items to be returned must be packaged and shipped to our warehouse in China.
Cancellation (Cancellation of Orders)
Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason as the order will be automatically processed once placed.
Product Returns
If you would like to return an item, please use our contact form or send your request to info@wondernoah.com with the “reason for return”.After receiving your application, we will provide you with information on how to return the product. However, we will not be able to accept returns under any of the following circumstances. Please note that we cannot accept returns in any of the following cases.
Please note that the delivery charge for the order will not be refunded.
Ineligible return conditions
・If you wish to return or exchange an item for your own reason.
・Items that have been in our warehouse for more than 3 days after arrival.
・Items that have not been received within 5 days after the return/exchange authorization.
・If the product shows signs of use, damage, or stains.
・If the tags or accessories of the merchandise are missing
・If you return the merchandise by a method other than the method specified by us.
・If the product was sold under special conditions such as coupon or sale.
・Orders that are marked as “non-returnable” or “sale” on the product page or campaign page.
・Underwear, swimsuits, accessories, and other items that come in direct contact with the skin without undergarments
・About loose threads (thread trimming)
There is nothing wrong with the product itself if the threads are not so frayed that they will open a hole when pulled. We ask that you cut the loose threads with scissors and use the product.
If you think the product is defective, please contact our customer support by e-mail with an attached picture.
Product Replacement
We are sorry, but at this time we do not offer exchanges. However, you can place a new order and complete the return procedure. We will process the refund upon receipt of the returned package.
